Enaire Holdings LLC, doing business as Vagrant Trader Collective, offers eligible participants the option to enroll in our courses through a payment plan that is effectively a line of credit ("Credit Line"). This Credit Line allows you to access our educational content immediately, while providing you with the flexibility to pay over time.
By opting for a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Credit Extension: You understand that Enaire Holdings LLC is extending a line of credit to you for the total cost of the course when you opt for a payment plan. This line of credit covers the course fee in full if you are not paying upfront or in monthly installments through a credit card. Legal Obligation: You are legally bound to repay the total amount owed for the course as per the agreed payment plan schedule. Failure to make timely payments constitutes a breach of this agreement. Payment Schedule: The payment plan may be offered on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis. All payment plan arrangements require you to pay the total course fee over the agreed period. Specific payment schedules will be provided upon enrollment in a payment plan. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of enrollment under a payment plan can be made any time 30 days prior to the next billing cycle by providing written notice to [email protected]. However, you remain responsible for any payments due prior to the effective date of cancellation. Default: In the event of default, where you fail to make the agreed payments, Enaire Holdings LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the course and any associated services. Further, we may take appropriate legal action to recover the owed amount, which may include reporting the default to credit bureaus, referral to collection agencies, and/or legal proceedings.
